Right of Withdrawal – Returns
If there is a problem, I will always try to find a quick and straightforward solution.
1. Right of Withdrawal for Standard Items
You have the right to withdraw from this purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a person designated by you who is not the carrier, received the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, it is sufficient to send a clear statement by email or letter informing me that you wish to withdraw from the contract. It is therefore sufficient to clearly state: “I hereby withdraw from the purchase.”
If you withdraw from the purchase, you must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after giving notice of your withdrawal to the following address:

You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.
After receiving the returned goods, I will refund the purchase price, including the original standard delivery costs, within 14 days. The refund will be made using the same payment method that you used for the original purchase.
Important: Please return the goods well packaged and, if possible, in a secure condition to avoid damage during transport. This is not a mandatory condition for exercising your right of withdrawal, but it helps ensure a smooth return process.
2. No Right of Withdrawal for Custom-Made / Personalized Items
There is no statutory right of withdrawal for products that are specially made for you or customized according to your individual requirements.
This applies in particular to:
- custom lengths, for example a wallet chain, trouser chain, key chain or wallet chain cut specifically to your requested length,
- personalized engravings such as initials, symbols, logos or dedications,
- chain variations or special constructions that have been modified or assembled specifically for you,
- items that have clearly been produced according to your individual specifications and therefore cannot be resold as standard products.
The legal basis is Section 312g(2)(1) of the German Civil Code (BGB): There is no right of withdrawal for goods that are not prefabricated and whose production is determined by an individual choice or decision by the consumer, or which are clearly tailored to the consumer’s personal requirements.
Exception: If such a custom-made item is objectively defective or faulty upon delivery, please contact me immediately and I will take care of the matter (see “Defective Items / Repair Service” below). This therefore does not concern a simple change of mind, but genuine defects.
3. Defective Items / Repair Service
If a delivered item, whether a standard product or a custom-made item, arrives damaged or does not function as it should, please contact me directly.
My aim is always to find a quick, professional and fair solution.
In such cases, I will primarily offer a professional repair free of charge or, if this is not possible, an appropriate remedy or replacement solution.
You are entitled to receive goods that are free from defects. For new goods, the statutory liability period for defects is generally two years from the date the goods are handed over.
